Costa Brava stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Original, authentic farmhouse, easy communication and lots of facilities for x 14 of us. The property is so close to interesting towns and beaches and ceramic shops! So convenient. 45 mins from Girona. Eduard was so helpful and communicative. The pool is down 20 or so steps so the only downside was that distance for little ones and requires a little up keep, but apart from that the property is beautiful and brilliantly located

We stayed in this house early July 2025 with a family of 10 people. We rent a house with this group within this price range every year, so I dare to say that we can judge the price - quality level well. In general we were disappointed by the house. On the inside the house is outdated. Especially the bathrooms are; in two of them it's not even possible to shower for a normal sized person. As there is only one central airco and the house has small windows it's hard to get the heat out. Staying here in July meant warm sticky nights and the cooling with a van was insufficient. On the outside the garden has some nice views and plenty of space, but is missing comfortable garden furniture to lounge. The furniture is quite old and releasing its paint. We felt the house would need some investment to bring it up to the level that we would expect for this price

Wunderschönes Objekt für große Gruppen

Wir fahren jedes Jahr mit der ganzen Familie (13 Personen) einige Tage in den Urlaub und suchen uns dafür besondere Objekte in ganz Europa aus. Das Haus in der Sant Climent de Peralta ist so ein besonderes Objekt. Das Haus sprüht vor altem Charme und bietet trotzdem jeglichen Komfort und Ausstattung, die man sich wünschen kann. Der große Garten ist ein Traum. Auf 3 Ebenen mit riesigen Olivenbäumen, Tischtennisplatte, Essplatz für 13 Personen, Grillstelle, Boule-Feld und tollem Pool mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten kann man es sich richtig gut gehen lassen. Alles ist toll gepflegt, sauber und die Katzen, die draußen leben und um die man sich nicht kümmern muss, geben einem ein heimisches Gefühl. Das Objekt liegt nur 15min vom Strand entfernt in einer traumhaft ruhigen Lage. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wonderful Christmas with my family!

Really great house for us all to be in over the Christmas period; really recommended, i'd love to come back in the summer and make use of the pool! The house has everything you need; it feels less like a typical rental property and more like a home - lots of beautiful art on the walls and interesting furniture etc. - we had a lovely time. Thanks!

Most amazing place I’ve ever stayed...

There are not words to describe what an incredible place this house is. If you are looking for a house in Costa Brava....look no further. The pictures do not begin to show what an amazing place this really is. Our family has taken to calling it the castle house, because it felt like you were really staying in a castle. The grounds are huge and so well taken care of. The pool is beautiful. And the house is just gorgeous. I can’t say enough about Eduard who helped get us into the house. He was so helpful and accommodating. We are already trying to figure out how to visit this place again!

Fabulous stay in an iconic setting

Mas Frigolet in Sant Climent de Peralta, Girona was the perfect choice for our group of friends during our six day stay on the Costa Brava. The Masia was beautifully appointed with everything we needed and decorated with an abundance of wonderful antiques that made us feel as though we were walking through the history of the founding family's captivating and eclectic past. The extensive grounds, patios and pool were very well maintained and we made good use of the herb and organic vegetable gardens for our home cooked meals. All the bedrooms and baths were spacious and very comfortable as were the indoor and outdoor seating areas. The location of the Masia was well situated for flying in from Girona and Barcelona and for traveling to the many small medieval towns scattered about the area as well as the charming Mediterranean coves dotting the coastline. We were spoiled for choice for restaurants and cafes but with the availability of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as delicious selections of meats, cheeses and baked goods, we often cooked home after a full day of activities. As a resort owner manager from Belize, I tend to notice the level of care and depth of affection that goes into creating an exceptional holiday experience for others. Mas Frigolet has more than fulfilled my expectations and the next trip will be a family one, hopefully, in the very near future. Congratulations to the owners and managers on a truly fabulous creation.

Fantastic and idyllically place in the country

We were a big family renting this beautiful house at the country side. The house it self was very big with lots of room for all of us kept in a original old Spanish style. The house was very nice, well-maintained and cleaned and the owner very friendly and helpful. The house is placed in the middle of an area where we had the opportunity to both explore the nice beaches and old towns. We would definitely like to come back and would absolutely recommend the house
