We moved to the Vale of Clwyd 20 years ago and have raised our family in this beautiful part of the World, the scenery here never ceases to amaze me, it is simply breathtaking in all seasons.
I love all things property, interiors, antiques, furniture, linen, faric, art and gardens are my thing and hope this is reflected at Great Alder House.
When not scouring through property and interiors sites, choosing wallpaper, paint or possibly concrete or bricks..... I can be found walking the hills that surround my house with my faithful friend Barney which is when I am most at peace!

With panormaic views the site of the house is unique, but when you enter inside you will discover a very special house for your stay with incredible views from every room.

Great Alder House is a fanstatic house to get together with friends and family, there is so much space no one will be on top of each other! The heart of the house " Calon Ty" In Welsh) is the Kitchen with huge table that seats 12 Aga and log burner with patio doors that spill out to the grounds. There are 6 double bedrooms accommodating up to 12 people very comfortably. For a couple of extra guests that don't mind not having their own room we have an additional 2 sofa beds.
