Beautiful house with private pool in l'Escala, Costa Brava. The house AIGUES surprises you from the first moment. It has a very spacious and beautiful exterior, full of special nooks and crannies to enjoy the peace and quiet. An area with lawn where you can play or lie down in the shade of a tree. Solarium area around the swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Two large terraces at the level of the house. The first one, in front of the barbecue with a long table and awnings to protect from the sun or wind and to be able to eat outside at any time. A few metres away, the second terrace is a veranda that can also be used and enjoyed in the low season. In summer, the doors and glass are removable so that it can be converted back into an outdoor terrace. Next to the large private swimming pool there is an outdoor shower, and there is also private parking for two vehicles inside the property.



To access the house, stairs lead up to the entrance door. On the same floor we find the living-dining room which is spacious and bright with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and also has a door leading to the terrace. The house has three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and one of them with television. Two bedrooms with double bed, and a third bedroom with a trundle bed. It also has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
