Summary:
Villa Rose is a traditional 5 bedroom Tuscany villa, built in the Liberty style of the period and dating back to the 19th century. Beautifully furnished with period antiques, the villa has a real elegance to it, accentuated by the decoration, paintings and vaulted ceilings.

The Space:
On arrival guests will enjoy a Tuscan welcome with drinks, cold meats, cheese and other typical Tuscan products.
Guests will also enjoy a complimentary visit to a classic Tuscan wine cellar with a free wine tasting along with a free guided walking tour of Peccioli and Chianni villages during the months of May through to September.

The accommodation in this 5 bedroom Tuscany villa is laid out over two floors.

On the ground floor is an extremely well equipped kitchen with adjoining larder. Doors lead from this room to the garden. There is also a dining room with wood fireplace and large dining table and a large living room with frescoed ceilings and comfortable armchairs and sofas. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. (Please note that this can be laid out with twin beds instead if preferred).

A stone staircase takes guests to the first floor of this 5 bedroom Tuscany villa where there are four double bedrooms. In three of these rooms, an extra single bed can be added. Two of the rooms here can also be laid out with single beds rather than doubles if required. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one of which has a bath tub.

Outside, there is a charming garden in what would originally have been the cloister. A terrace covered with wisteria, is furnished with dining table and chairs as well as comfortable outdoor sofas. The views from here over the vineyards and olive groves that surround Volterra are incredible.

A stone staircase leads from here down to a walled garden where you will find a panoramic swimming pool (12 metres x 4 metres and 1.4 metres deep) open from 1 May to 30 October each year. This has a hydromassage area too and is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.

Please note that pets are welcome on request at this 5 bedroom Tuscany villa and are charged at an additional 50 euros per animal. Guests must also pay for the cost of air conditioning and heating locally on departure based on usage. This is charged at 0.45 euros per KW. Heating is charged at 4 euros per cubic metre.

The Neighborhood:
This 5 bedroom Tuscany villa is sat on the top of a small hill, 155 metres above sea level which means it enjoys the most incredible views over the surrounding countryside. It is situated near Pisa (50km), Florence (65km), Lucca (65km), San Gimignano (30km), Siena (70km) and Volterra (25km). The thermal baths at Casciana Terme are 25km away. The coast and beaches are 45 minutes by car.

Whilst the location is rural and privacy is guaranteed, the shops and restaurants of Fabrica are easily reached on foot from this 5 bedroom Tuscany villa. 4 km away in Peccioli you will find a supermarket, a number of other shops, a bar, post office, pharmacy and other restaurants.
