We had a great time. We couldn’t find coffee filters but grabbed some at the local grocery. It had that slow island feel which we loved.

The View

The whole reason we choose this condo was for the view. It did not disappoint. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Plenty of towels were provided. Would stay here again, if ever back to the area. Best restaurant: stingrays

Beautiful condo and view

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and pretty. The pools were great for the kids and they made a lot of friends. The porch and view was wonderful. Nice big bathroom. Our only complaint was the “dog park”. It’s right by the major road, no grass or trees and very small area.

We enjoyed the condo rental. Great location and easy access to the beach. Floors in the condo could have been cleaned a little bit more. We all had grocery store feet after walking around barefoot shortly upon arrival to the unit.

Beach/ocean view. Bedrm/bath were clean. Furniture in living area--very uncomfortable and soiled. Large area rug in living area--very soiled--needs to be replaced. Lrg roach in kitchen utensils--only a microwave oven--no regular oven. Posted pictures did not reflect actual looks of living area or kitchen. Could have stayed in Savannah hotel and been comfortable--to beach during day.

Very nice stay

Our stay was great with a wonderful view of the beach, ocean and pool. We were disappointed in the lack of an oven and full stovetop in the kitchen. It was described as full functional kitchen and should have been more forthcoming about not having an oven and full stovetop. All in all we managed. —DJ

Dusty fun in the sun

Great location and view of the ocean. There was a lot of pool construction which we were informed of. What weren’t prepared for was the concrete dust from cutting the pavers. We were discounted but the dust kept us off the patio for a couple of days. But who’s complaining

Pardon our dust! During the time you stayed here, this condominium complex received a major upgrade in building 2 all new pools, and a large new pool deck. The new pools are open and ready to welcome guests to a brand new, oceanfront pool experience.

January 2018 Stay

Great corner unit on the beach with lots of glass for panoramic views. The unit is undergoing remodeling so it is somewhat unfinished and had a strong initial odor from recent work. We cook a lot which was a bit challenging in this unit as there is no oven just a toaster oven and only has a two burner unit. The unit is adjacent to the pool which could be noisy during the summer. Despite the renovation and kitchen issues, I would still recommend the unit for an off-season stay!

Never got to stay here and now fighting to get my money back

The rental company never sent me a text saying room was ready, never gave me key access code and 6 hours later that night at 10pm, they canceled my room and are saying they will not refund money. Now I have filed complaint with BBB and Consumer Protection Division in the state of Georgia and possibly might have to pursue small claims court of need be to get my money back. Horrible company run so poorly.

Weekend getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Everything is exactly as described in the posting. Loved sitting on the deck. Kitchen was well equipped. We are at The Deck a few times (located on property). It had a great vibe and good food. No complaints! Would stay again.

Location and view cannot be topped! Can’t wait to come back again to enjoy all Tybee has to offer!!!

We had such a lovely vacation at this property. It was clean and the location and view were spectacular. The beach was not super crowded and the chair/umbrella rental folks were set up right outside. The walk to the beach was easy and short. A few of the reviews mentioned the noise level and that would be my only complaint if I had to find one. I am not light sleeper, but the unit is right next to the metal stairway, as well as right next pool so there is some noise associated with that. It is also 2 floors right above the garbage dumpsters too. Just take along some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, but it is definitely not anything that would deter me from staying at this same unit next time. We just loved our stay in Tybee and this unit!

Great place/location

Place was spacious & quiet. Location was great with all we needed in walking distance. Beautiful views from balcony. Bathroom tile needs a good cleaning otherwise unit was clean
