1900年頃に改装されたこのコテージには、3つのベッドルーム、1つ半のバスルーム、モダンなキッチン、湖の素晴らしい景色を望むサンポーチがあります。 玄関から少し離れたところに、新しいプライベートドックがあり、リラックス、ボート、水泳、釣り、ただ座っているだけの場所を提供しています。 良くならない場合は、コテージの後ろにある家具付きのパティオに退き、レンガ造りの暖炉をお楽しみください。 炭火に火をつけて、夜を楽しみましょう。 日常生活のh騒から逃れる場所を探しているなら、サニーサイドアップはあなたにぴったりの場所です！

新しく改造されたキッチンは完全にストックされています。 地下にはビリヤード台と洗濯機/乾燥機があります。 マスターベッドルームには、クイーンサイズのベッドと湖を見下ろす大きな窓があります。 他の2つのベッドルームにはダブルベッドがあります。 リビングルームには、ガス暖炉のある暖かさと居心地の良さがあります。 布団は2人寝ます。 ケーブルテレビとWifi。

Ski Weekend at Peak N Peek

We enjoy staying at Findlay Lake when we visit the ski area for the long holiday weekend. Sunny Side Up was a very nice and clean place. It was a little small for us and during the winter there is no access to the extended porch. We didn't spend a lot of time there (skiing all day) so it wasn't a big deal. We had a very nice time!

Happy to have found Findley Lake

Gorgeous lake. This home's location and dock were great. Not a fancy house, but it well served our needs for a place to live and sleep while enjoying the lake. Walking distance to ice cream and Main St was a plus. Wineries, breweries, and other cute towns just a short drive away.

Perfect get away

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was extremely well kept and the ease of renting and staying was exceptional. There were many things for the family to do besides relaxing, which is what I needed most.

Great Getaway

Great little cottage on a very peaceful lake. We went at the perfect time of year for quiet and relaxation. The cottage was clean and well stocked with essentials. I only wish there was a ladder or stairs at the dock for swimming. We had some rain during our stay, so a pop up tent for the back yard or dock area would be a good idea to bring along. Would definitely stay again!

Cute place to get away for the weekend

Great cabin! We found the porch to be inviting rain or shine, with great shade trees over the front of the house and awesome lake views. Findley lake is close enough to Chautauqua to enjoy the destination but far enough away to be a quiet getaway. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Great Time!!!

The location is outstanding and we spent most days kayaking, walking to a nearby ice cream shop, and walking the community. The cottage was cute given its history and it's location next to the water was ideal. Thank you so much!!!

Cute and Cozy Camp Cabin

We used the cabin on a family ski trip to Peek N’ Peak (about 5 minutes away). The cabin has a lot of charm! It is well-stocked, with almost everything you could think of! Had no issues while staying there and would recommend this property in any season (I bet the summer is a blast too).

Kozy Kottage

Short drive to Peek n Peak. Close to local restaurants for sit in or take out. Enjoyed our walks on the frozen lake. Very quiet nights!

Adorable cottage with great views of Findley Lake!!!

Thank you Matt and Leigh, we had a wonderful weekend at the cottage and hope to return again next year. We had everything we needed and the cottage was so very charming. It is nice to know there is such a great place to get away not too far from our home. We made lots of new memories with the boys and they caught alot of fish off your dock! Great fishing spot as well. We will definitely return!

While traveling home from a visit to Alfred NY I found myself getting tired so we decided that my wife would drive for a while. We turned onto I86 and ended up at Findley Lake. We immediately felt something special. My wife, son and I decided to get out and look around. The next thing we knew we were sitting by lake enjoying an ice cream cone. A month later we made an appt. to look at some properties and the rest is history. We love Findley Lake and always look forward to our next visit. We live in Kentucky but feel like Findley Lake is now our home away from home.

This property has a childhood nostalgic feeling of lakefront living. It's like stepping back in time...where life was simple. We love how relaxed and happy we feel when we are here. Findley Lake has quickly become one of our very favorite places.

We have made several updates such as: new patio with out door fire place, newly constructed private dock with large deck and amazing views of the lake and sunset. Updated kitchen with an island and new butcher block counter tops. Sunnyside Up cottage is so cozy and comfortable. It's very nostalgic and inviting. You won't want to leave. :-)
