THE SPACE - This modern 1 bed apartment is located on the basement floor of a typical Aberdeen building.

The main living space features an ideal open plan layout and brand new kitchen - packed with all essentials including a dishwasher and washing machine so that you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions.

The stylish lounge area features a features an easy to use sofa bed and a 50” Smart TV so you can unwind with some Netflix, as well as a 4 seater dining table for those evening meals together.
The bathroom is modern and freshly renovated providing a large shower.

In the spacious bedroom you will find a double bed, chest of drawers and cupboard space.

• 10 minute’s walk to Aberdeen beach and 20 minutes to Union Square and train/bus station
• Sleeps up to 4 guests
• Fast and free Wi-Fi

Superb! Lovely modern apartment and very accessible to everything

We enjoyed staying in this lovely flat as it’s accessible to bus stations, near shops and walking distance to union street and union square. The host has been really helpful. We definitely recommend this to anyone! And hoping we’ll be back soon!
