Charming, appealing, with impressive panoramic views across the verdant Konavle Valley, this compact country hideaway makes a lovely holiday base from which to explore this picturesque region and the stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site of Dubrovnik Old Town (30 minute drive).
A long covered entrance/dining terrace to the front and the private pool/sun terrace to the side at first floor level offer a choice of appealing options from which to absorb those wonderful views across the countryside to the sea.

Attractive beamed ceilings and walls of part-exposed stone add character to the comfortable interior. Stairs from the kitchen lead up to the first floor double bedroom with en suite shower room, whilst the mezzanine area above the living room is accessed by ladder style stairs.

All amenities are found at Gruda (9km) or Cilipi (7km) where every Sunday morning (Easter to October) there is folk dancing in the church square. The nearest restaurant is in Drvenik (2.5km) and a couple more can be found on the riverside in Ljuta (7km).

Many great walking and biking trails criss-cross the surrounding hills and lanes, a great way to discover the countryside. The coastal villages and towns (Molunat, Cavtat, Mlini) offer water based activities such as sea kayaking, paddle boarding, boat hire and, of course, swimming in the sparkling waters of the Adriatic Sea.

As the open tread staircase leading to the mezzanine is quite steep this property would not be ideal for young children Larger groups looking to holiday together, whilst fully retaining their own space and privacy, will be interested to know that Ivana is next door to Luciana, its sister property. Each is self-contained and retains its own individual space and privacy
