Belgrade Suite is a beautiful, spacious four bedroom apartment. Sleeping up to 10 people. Furnished to a modern & very high standard. Internally the property has an open planned kitchen/dining space with every essential you would require to make it a home away from home with all kitchen appliances.

The property benefits from a luxury bathroom with a bath tub & walk in shower, in addition there is 2 toilet rooms throughout the apartment. The Function Room/ Living room has a 75inch Smart Tv for a cinema feel.

The Winter Gardens Suites are located just a stones throw away from everything the famous seaside town has to offer. The property boasts a fantastic location in the hustle and bustle of all the bars, clubs, shops and restaurants.

There is no free parking available as in the centre of Blackpool Town but there is a car park a 1 minute walk away called Alfred Street Car Park.

There is a cleaning fee of 130 GBP and a fully refundable damage deposit of 300 GBP per apartment

Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.

There is a fully refundable damage deposit of 300 GBP per apartment. Please note that bookings from local residents within the FY postcode will be required to pay a 500 GBP refundable damage deposit.
