Hi my name is Abdul, i have 2 children both boys, a 22 year old and an 10 year old and currently live with my partner. I started my journey with properties as a financial advisor, specialising in mortgages and life plans. After the recession i had to reassess my career path and life so then went on to taking back the properties I owned from the local estate agents and then started managing my properties myself. I then went on and took a course on a national federation of property professionals (NFoPP) whereby i set up my own letting agency managing only my properties and close friends and family. I currently specialize in single lets, HMOs and service accommodation, I also run a building company who manage my private developments and refurbs and day to day repairs and certs on properties i own and manage.9
