Modern and bright apartment was fully renovated in 2019. Situated on the 6th floor with lift in the residential complex in the heart of Fuengirola town. All amenities, restaurants, bars, transportation within walking distance.



Spacious living room with dining table, sofa, plasma TV and access to glazed terrace with city views. Main bedroom with king size bed (1.50m), 2nd bedroom with double bed (1.30m) and 3rd small bedroom with sofa converted into remote office for work and video calls. Main bathroom with bath and underfloor heating for extra comfort during the winter months. 2nd bathroom with walking shower. Large modern open plan kitchen with bar table, fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Washing machine and dryer. AC units only in the living room and main bedroom. FAST wi-fi.

Private parking space available in the underground public parking (located 5 mins walk from the flat).

Comfy apartment, great for home workers

The apartment is really comfy, the cleanliness is excellent! It is very well equipped (it has everything you need) and it’s well located, it’s within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, train and bus stops. It has a dedicated workspace, which is perfect if you combine holidays with some work days. The communication with the agency was excellent. We highly recommend SEAVIEW’s services and so this apartment! We weren’t able to find any kitchen tea towel, but maybe it was somewhere. Anyway, this wasn’t an issue for us and our overall experience was excellent.

Great Apartment Close to Everything

The apartment was well appointed and very clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. The balcony was warm and sunny...a perfect place to drink your morning cup of coffee. All the mod cons, including North American style coffee maker, washer and Dryer and dishwasher, with a good sized refrigerator and freezer. The only two areas that could be improved on, in my opinion were the duvets for the beds, and the drain stoppers for the kitchen sink. Although the duvet covers were large enough for the beds, the actual duvets themselves weren't really wide enough. This resulted in one person always waking up chilly when their partner turned over in their sleep. The other issue of the drain stopper was brought to the attention of Ivan, but no action was taken. This made it a little harder to wash dishes in the kitchen sink. Small issues but thought I should mention them. Otherwise, a perfect place!
