The Rock House is a lovely three-bedroom house in the centre of East Wittering village and just a short distance to the fabulous stretches of sandy beaches. East Wittering is a charming village on the water with lots of independent local shops including a bakery, two butchers, greengrocers and some lovely gift shops.

The Rock House in Wittering is ideal for a fun family holiday in the summer or a romantic autumn break for a couple, the sandy beach is as appealing in the summer as it is in the winter.

As you enter The Rock House you are greeted with a large open plan living and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a log burner, a smart TV and a comfy sofa. The sunny and spacious dining and kitchen area has a dining table, a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen including a kettle, toaster, 2 ovens, a gas hob, a Nespresso Magimix coffee machine and a dishwasher. There are stable doors leading into a utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a downstairs WC.
Through the Bi-fold doors, there is a family friendly garden with a trampoline, fire pit area with cosy seating.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a double bedroom with a shower room en suite, a second double room and a bunk bed room with 2 bunk beds, a perfect room for the children! There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath.

Please note, this property is only suitable for 4 adults and 4 children.
