The living and dining area features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The dedicated bedroom contains 1 French bed, also measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, ensuring restful nights in a private setting. Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with a television. The apartment includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC. An open kitchen connects seamlessly to the living and dining space, completing the functional and well-balanced layout of this ground-floor property. The apartment also benefits from a side view of the sea, adding a pleasant coastal dimension to the overall experience.
