At apartment Lighthouse View, you will enjoy one of the best locations in Nieuwpoort. The apartment features 2 unique sun balconies with comfortable outdoor furniture. You can enjoy beautiful views of the pier and the sea of Nieuwpoort. In turn, the 2 bedrooms offer a beautiful view of the Prins Mauritspark. The apartment can accommodate 6 people and features a large living room, 1 spacious family bathroom and a kitchen. Lighthouse View has everything you need for a memorable coastal holiday!
The Space:
Apartment Lighthouse View is located on the 8th floor allowing you to enjoy stunning views throughout your stay!
Upon entering the apartment, you enter through a glass door into the spacious living room where all attention immediately leads to the private balcony with stunning views of the pier and the nature reserve 'The Ijzermonding'. The balcony has comfortable outside furniture so you can spend hours enjoying the view with a coffee, a glass of wine or an outside breakfast/dinner.
From the spacious living room you have direct access to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, freezer, oven and microwave. The available dishwasher is an added bonus!
The master bedroom has its own sink and double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. This makes the apartment perfect for you and your family. From both bedrooms you enjoy a beautiful open view over the 'Prins Mauritspark'! Perfect for total relaxation!
The large family bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and double sink.
In addition to the beautiful views, the apartment also offers a private garage box. In other words; apartment Lighthouse View has all the factors for a wonderful vacation by the sea!

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.
LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.
CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
