It has a simple eat-in kitchen that opens up to the living and dining area. Additionally, the apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet.

The 68 square meter apartment is simply furnished and comes equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher and television. It can accommodate a maximum of four guests. The property is located on the raised ground floor of the Sursilvana building and has a south-facing balcony. You will also have access to a lift and Wi-Fi during your stay.

This holiday apartment is conveniently situated in the center of Lenzerheide, just next to the ski slopes and cross-country ski trails. You will be in close proximity to various shopping facilities and the free sports bus, making it an ideal starting point for all winter and summer activities the whole family can enjoy. Please note that the visitor's tax is charged separately and paid directly to the landlord on site (CHF 4.50 per night for guests aged 16 and above, while those under 16 are exempt). The bed linen charge includes towels and kitchen linens. A cot and high chair can be obtained from the office for a deposit. Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival, with a handling fee of CHF 100.00 retained for any cancellations. If you cancel less than 60 days before arrival, you have the right to propose a reasonable and solvent replacement tenant.
