The stylishly furnished holiday flat has two bedrooms, divided into a double room and a triple room. The flat has a bright and practical kitchen integrated in the living/dining area, as well as a bathroom and a separate WC. It is located in the house Sotmirana on the 3rd floor on the left side, and is accessible by a lift. The property covers an area of 68 square meters.

The bedrooms consist of one room with a double bed and another room with a bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a WC.

The bed linen charge includes towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair can be obtained from the office for a deposit. Please note the cancellation policy, which states that cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge, with a handling fee of CHF 100.00 retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant who must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. In case of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
