On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room opens directly onto a south-facing terrace of 15 m2, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower and WC. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, and a separate shower and WC serves the remaining areas of the ground floor. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length. A separate WC completes the upper floor facilities.
