The owner of this villa does not allow groups of youths. Families are allowed or all guests should be 28 years or older.

Extra charges for this villa include a meet and greet fee of 20 euros, and a charge of 15 euros per night for pool heating. Also a security bond of 600 euros is charged, which is refunded back to the guest within 14 days of check-out.
