Welcome to Alfama Terrace 360º, a charming and light-filled two-level apartment tucked away in Lisbon’s most iconic neighborhood. Perfect for couples, friends, or small families, this unique space offers a cozy blend of local character, modern comfort, and sweeping panoramic views.

On the main floor, you'll find a warm and inviting living room featuring soft lighting, wooden ceiling accents, and a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV. A cozy window nook offers a lovely spot to read or simply take in the city views.

The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed with fresh linens and ambient bedside lighting—ideal for restful nights after exploring Lisbon’s winding streets.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for light cooking, including a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and all essential cookware, utensils, and dishware. The adjacent bathroom is clean and modern, fitted with a standing shower, sink, toilet, and stocked with towels, soap, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Upstairs, a vertical ladder-style staircase leads to a loft area with two single beds—best suited for agile adults or older children. From here, step out onto your very own private rooftop terrace, a rare gem in Alfama. With 360º views over Lisbon’s rooftops, the Tagus River, and the city skyline, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The terrace is furnished with seating for four and offers some of the best photo opportunities and peaceful moments in the neighborhood.

The apartment is entirely yours, including exclusive access to the rooftop terrace. Entry is via a secure key box system, with a personalized code sent before check-in.

While Alfama is typically peaceful, local festivals (especially in May and June) can bring vibrant nighttime activity that may last past 2 AM. You may also hear the charming sounds of everyday life—Fado music, church bells, and lively neighbors.

Please note:
- Access to the apartment is pedestrian-only—no vehicle drop-off at the door.
- The apartment sits on an upper floor, reachable only by steep, narrow stairs, the building does not have an elevator.
- The loft and rooftop terrace are accessed by a vertical, ladder-like staircase and are not suitable for guests with limited mobility or small children.
- Guests must complete a government-required ID form before arrival.
- Check-in is self-guided, with clear instructions provided after booking.
- Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM) a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
- If guests lock themselves out of the property or they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
- A 100 euro security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.
