One of six dog friendly Glamping Pods with hot tubs in Wales. Bluebell Pod has its own secure garden surrounded by idyllic Welsh countryside. Perfect for a dog friendly family holiday in the heart of Wales, with a hot tub to relax in at the end of the day.

Bluebell Pod sleeps up to 4, with one comfy king size bed and the choice of either two single beds or a second king size bed in the second bedroom. You also have a generous living area and a large enclosed garden with a hot tub and fire pit. Ideal for family holidays with dogs - you can keep an eye on your little rascals while they enjoy the large outdoor space!Bluebell Pod makes a great base for exploring Mid Wales. The Gilfach Nature Reserve is just around the corner and the dramatic Elan Valley is a favourite for walking, hiring bikes and pony trekking. The local market town of Rhayader has plenty of options for eating out along with live music at The Lost Arc . Day trips to the beach at Aberystwyth or to climb mountains in The Brecon Beacons add to your many options. Check out our 'things to do' section with ideas for all the family.
Perfect for a couples retreat in Wales or family getaway, Bluebell Pod has a modern open-plan kitchen and living space. Complete with dining table for meal times, a Smart TV, two sofas and views out to your private garden. The kitchen has been perfectly designed with lots of storage solutions to keep your space free from clutter. You have all the mod-cons including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, surrounded by gorgeous marble work surfaces.

Get ready for the day in the lavish shower room, with a modern corner shower and matching basin. A light and refreshing place to start your day or prepare for an evening out.
At the end of each day, sink into the fresh linens of your comfy bed and gaze through your skylight at the dark starry skies above, bliss!

Outside this property is even more impressive! Bluebell Pod has its own luxurious hot tub with plenty of space for you all. Soak away with a glass of bubbly whilst admiring the fantastic rural views. You will also find outdoor seating, perfect for alfresco dining on a warm, sunny evening. Or toast marshmallows on the fire pit under a twinkly night sky. Your four-four legged friend by your side, so very happy to be joining you at Bluebell Pod.

Bluebell Pod is a wonderful place to holiday with friends and family. All 12 properties in this beautiful setting can be booked together. So you can host a get-together for any group size up to a maximum of 41!

Fantastic place

Had a fantastic stay, the only two things I would mention is it would be good to have a lock on the bathroom door and electric car charging points would be a benefit for a future stay.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in Bluebell. It was peaceful and the hot tub was lovely to relax in. The only negative I would say about the site is that there is not a space to give your dog a good run unless you drive somewhere. That being said we would definitely return as it was a lovely place.

Just Incredible!

What an amazing few days! We wish we could have stayed longer! Everything about it from the gorgeous pod to the perfect garden to the hot tub and the play area and the little stream and the location and everything near by. It was just perfect in every single way! I can’t wait to find a reason to re book and come back!

Lovely

Having stayed in a shepherd hut last year, we booked 2 pods for a family stay and it was as wonderful as the first. The pods had everything we needed and was comfortable and warm. We would definitely stay again.

Stunning location and property

Absolutely lovely part of wales to visit, lots of great walks just a short drive away at Gilfach Nature Reserve, Elan Valley, Devil's Bridge and Hafren Forest. It was great to have the hot tub after a long hike and relax with the views of the valley and the sound of sheep. The property was a lovely size for the two of us and our dog who loved the enclosed garden. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Another great stay

This was the second time in ten months that we visited and stayed in Bluebell. The accommodation is fantastic, home from home. We love the area, the walks with the dogs and also the peace and relaxation. However , this visit was spoiled by the neighbours dog breaching the gate into our property’s garden and attacking our dog. Following this incident, I didn’t feel safe to allow my dogs in the garden and we left for home a day early.

Premium Pods

Second stay in the pods. Spotlessly clean. Premium finishes, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. Highlight is the hot tub and views over fields with lambs. Only scored down on location as it may be remote for some and not walkable to the nearest town Rhayader which is scenic with river walk, red kite feeding farm, co-op for essentials. Careful planning would remove the issue. We cooked pizzas, lasagne and bacon baps during our 2 night stay. We toasted marshmallows on the fire pit and star gazing is amazing here. Only downside for us was the position of the new park and goal posts has obscured the once uninterrupted view. I wonder if different pods would have slighter better views? We love the secure garden for our dog as she had the freedom to be outside with us at all times. Any problems you can text Becky the owner and she gets back to you straight away. We’d love to stay for longer as it’s a complete reset here. We will be back again next year. We’re never disappointed! Reading through the guest book on arrival the comments are people who have enjoyed their first stay and can’t wait to book again or people who return and say how much they love it still- my family included
