Our beautiful Greek home with private pool, large outdoor areas and lovely views

The house has large rooms, extra ceiling height and spacious outdoor areas. Lovely playground for children. The pool is 8x4 meters with 8 sunbeds and two large umbrellas. A perfect place to retire after a warm day on the beach to relax and get some shade. Usually there’s a cool breeze by the house as it’s situated up the hill. There is a covered dining area outside the guesthouse with a large table, 10 comfortable chairs and a Barbeque. Perfect for your own barbeque evenings. Lovely seaview from the Garden and Pool area
Large roof terrace outside the bedrooms upstairs with panoramic view of the Messinian Bay.
Covered veranda outside the Livingroom, perfect for breakfast and shaded comfort.
The lovely beaches, Kalogria and Stoupa Beach, is just 2 kilometers away, five minutes by car or an easy walk downhill, about 30 minutes. About one kilometer to the Supemarket and local Bakery. Five to ten minutes easy walk from the the house there is a very good local restaurant, Frigano.
Close to Stoupa there is many small villages and paths for hiking worth a visit. You will find maps in the house. Between Stoupa and Agios Nikolas there is a very nice coastal walk, duration about 50 minutes easy walking.

Dieci bellissimi giorni in una villa incantevole, dotata di qualsiasi comfort.Tove e Dag sono stati disponibilissimi e pronti a dare consigli molto utili sulla zona e i luoghi da visitare. Unico nota non positiva: la casa è distante dal centro abitato ed è necessaria la macchina per qualsiasi spostamento

We were two families, a total of 8 people, and we had a wonderful time! The host was extremely helpful and informative from the very first moment of our booking. He provided us with detailed information about all the house amenities, and everything he mentioned was absolutely accurate. The house was comfortable, modern, and equipped with air conditioning in every room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Upon arrival, we found the house spotless, and the pool was cleaned every three days by specialized staff. Many thanks for the great hospitality – we would definitely choose it again!

Heerlijke tijd in Stoupa

We hebben een heerlijke tijd in het huis van Tove en Dag gehad. Duidelijke en snelle communicatie en vooraf al veel tips over leuke restaurants, strandjes en stadjes. Het huis ligt prachtig en je hebt veel privacy. Het zwembad is heerlijk, voldoende Ligbedden en schaduwplekken. Alle basis dingen zijn aanwezig zoals vuilniszakken, afwasmiddel, kruiden wat heel fijn is. De slaapkamers en bedden zijn heerlijk. Het water valt soms uit maar dat is goed te verhelpen met de pomp.Toen wij dit issue hadden hielp Tove direct met de oplossing.wij raden dit huis aan!

Great villa, quiet location, great hosts

We were a two family group staying and Dag and Tove’s villa. The villa is great, large yard, nice pool and multiple nice areas to stay outside and enjoy the evening. The pool was cleaned regularly, there’s a grill area in the shade and you have very nice views of the coast. The house was very clean and it is equipped with everything you could need, including washing machine, ironing board, iron, ice machine, 2 fridges, etc. We have received plenty of details about the area, restaurants, beaches and checkin process well in advance. Dag and Tove were very responsive with any query we had. We enjoyed staying there a lot and definitely on the list of locations to come back. Thanks for hosting us!

Great Located villa.

Both Tove and Dag were great in their hospitality. There were seven of us and the place was big enough to accommodate all. We really loved the stay and hope to come back . Thanks again..

Traumhaus

Wir haben in einem tollen Haus gewohnt mit allem was man sich wünschen kann- besonders toll war der warme ind große Swimmingpool und die wunderschöne Grill-Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war mega toll Note 1+- neben tollen Ausflugs und Strandtipps die wir im Vorfeld waren, war er während unseres Aufenthalts immer für uns erreichbar und kenne Antwort hat länger als 10 Minuten gedauert. Das Haus liegt leicht abgelegen, ist dadurch aber wunderbar ruhig und alle Strände sind mit Mietwagen binnen Max.10 Minuten leicht erreichbar. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus- übrigens hat auch die Klimaanlage 1a funktioniert was bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur nicht ganz unerheblich wichtig war😉
