Open Plan Kitchen / Diner / Lounge

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials, dishwasher & washing machine.

Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface spray, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll is provided.

Lounge with Smart TV and Dining area seating 6 guests. The double French doors lead out to the veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the garden with picnic table and the waters' edge.

Mooring and Parking

Private quay headed mooring. Please advise if you are bringing a boat and need use of the slipway.

Private Parking x 2 car – additional parking is available in the main car park free of charge to guests – please request.

Dog Friendly

Our lodges are dog friendly, we charge £30 per pet. Please request and pay Norfolk Holiday Lodges directly.

Tina, site manager was exceptionally helpful and correspondence from moment of booking to checking out was excellent. Location ideal, parking immediately outside lodge, lodge overlooks the broads basin, very quiet and private.Well equipped and comfortable.Initially thought beds were soft on arrival but they were very comfy.Highly recommend.

A wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at River Breeze. The accommodation was really clean, very well maintained and in a quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed sitting out on the decking in the evenings overlooking the water and exploring the broads by boat during the day. There is a lovely cafe at the end of the marina which took around 10 minutes to walk to and we also hired kayaks and paddle boards from Pub and Paddle which were delivered directly to the property. We had a really comfortable stay at River Breeze and the property had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and if we were to return to explore the southern broads again in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

River Breeze

We had a lovely break staying at River Breeze and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The lodge has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable. The location is perfect, it’s such a relaxing place to stay.

A great holiday

We went for a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got. The property had been beautifully refurbished and contained everything we looked for in a stay plus a team on hand to help with anything else we needed. Well done.

A perfect week away in a beautiful location

What a wonderful week away at River Breeze. This was our first time staying here and it did not disappoint. The accommodation was perfect, everything we needed was there and it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We found the beds very comfortable and loved the powerful shower. There was three of us fishing and whilst we didn’t get our usual big fish, there is so much space to spread out on the river bank, there are lilies which you need to watch and of course the ducks and swans but they can all be easily avoided. We found the communication and customer service very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay with Tina checking all was well with the accommodation and even being on hand out of hours to support me in dealing with a poor swan that we discovered was wrapped in fishing line. Tina kept in touch to ensure the swan was okay and thankfully the swan was fine. All staff we came in contact with were extremely friendly and helpful and took time to talk to us from the cleaning staff to the maintenance man who was sharing his fishing experiences. All so friendly. We were blessed with beautiful weather and enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked to return in the October holidays!

Lovely place

A lovely lodge, very clean and well kept. We had a very hot week just chilling out and relaxing, I managed to get some fishing in and caught some beautiful fish. The area is quite weedy but it is fishable, I caught a mixture of Roach, Rudd, Perch and a few nice sized Bream. The lodge was well equipped, comfortable and clean. There are local shops, takeaways and pubs.

The lodge was very clean and we had a good nice. Very calm and quiet place to unwind. We found the double beds very uncomfortable. Got a train into Great Yarmouth. Train station 5 minutes walk from the lodge. Great value for money.

We are sorry you found the beds uncomfortable, it's always difficult with pleasing everyone in this department as everyone is different. The brand new mattresses are medium in firmness for a compromise between soft and firm. Our location is peaceful but with a train station not far away with easy access to the beach and city of Norwich (by train) and countryside (by car) making our lodges a good location if as specified is preferable. Enjoyed every moment

Quiet , comfortable, fishing very good for us ,clean …l caught a mullet was surprised and very lucky, lots of rud,roach and perch… the lodge was amazing , lots to do , from eating out to boating,canoeing could not have wished for more….THANK YOU

Relaxing River Break

This hidden gem was booked last minute by me for my family. The process was slick and from the point of booking the details were thorough. Tina sent email details of arrival information and was there when we arrived. The lodge was beautiful. Modern and comfortable.The decor is simple and has everything provided that you need for your stay. Cupboards are stocked with utensils. It had a washer dryer as well as a dishwasher. My father and husband fished from the decking area which they loved and managed to catch quite a few fish. We walked to the pub at the top of the road and had a great steak and chips as well as sampling the cakes and coffees at the marina. Loved our stay and definitely would book again.

Riverside Breeze

Stayed at the river breeze Lodge for a week in june beautiful place.had every thing you would need for your stay.very relaxing stay.only problem was the stones my mother in law.couldn't use her mobility scooter outside. Would highly recommend to stay here was beautiful

Quay heading available for mooring and slipway on site for launching your own Boat, Kayak or Paddleboard.
Great touring base with Norwich and Great Yarmouth accessible by train and the Norfolk coast and countryside easily accessible and many family attractions close by.
