Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are few hotels on the island, so mostly private homes are rented out during the summer months. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa, which is 400sq meters, is set on a 2,000sq meters plot of land in Vourkari, offering an amazing sea and sunset view, as well a fantastic view of the picturesque marina of Vourkari. The villa is 3 minutes by foot from the closest restaurant and 7 to 8 minutes from the cafes, bars and other restaurants.

Description

The villa has a large swimming pool (10 X 4.50 meters), with a shaded seating and dining area. Near the pool there is a bar and BBQ area.

The villa is on 2 levels. The upper level has an entrance hall, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. From the living area there are balcony doors that lead on to a large covered terrace with various seating areas where one can sit and enjoy the view. Near the living room is a guest w.c and a large bedroom (Queen size bed) with an en-suite bathroom (shower). The bedroom leads on to the front terrace.

The lower level has three bedrooms that all lead on to the garden with small seating areas. The first bedroom has a King size bed with a seating area and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second large bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be joined to make a double bed as well 2 single beds (1.20 each) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds joined to make a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is also a staff bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom.
