Very nice house with private pool only 750 meters from the beach:
PLEASANT HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL 750 METRES FROM THE BEACH

Zambrano is a pleasant detached house located in a very quiet area, about a ten-minute walk from Riells Beach and very close to local shops. You can park comfortably right in front of the property.

Upon entering, you will find a welcoming garden with an area specially designed so that children can play safely. From the spacious porch, you may supervise them easily while enjoying a relaxing space, along with a barbecue perfect for family meals.

The house is fully laid out on one floor and offers three bedrooms: two with double beds (equipped with ceiling fans) and one with bunk beds. It also includes a full bathroom with shower, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with Smart TV. Air conditioning is available in the living-dining area for an additional charge of 12,10 per night.

Outside, you will find the private pool, secured with a fence to ensure peace of mind for families with children. From the covered terrace, stairs lead to the solarium, a perfect spot to unwind at any time of day. This area is equipped with a fridge and a television, ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings.

Please note that the house no longer has an outdoor shower, so the exterior area focuses exclusively on the pool and the solarium, both fully prepared for your comfort and safety.

Designed especially for families, Zambrano stands out for its safety features around the pool and solarium, allowing adults to relax knowing that children are well protected.

The location of the house makes it easy to enjoy everything L’Escala has to offer, with more than seven kilometres of coastline suited to all preferences. You will find long sandy beaches with services, pebble coves surrounded by pine trees, areas perfect for open-water swimming, zones with sports activities and unique spots for scuba diving. You may also discover special places such as the Moll Grec, where swimming beside over two thousand years of history is truly unforgettable.

Très belle villa sur les hauteurs de l’Escala. Très fonctionnelle. Superbe piscine, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de bâche car en septembre, l’eau se refroidit vite la nuit. Quelques choses défectueuses comme transat, chaises cassées, joint de porte décollé. Un peu de réparation l’hiver pour reprendre la nouvelle saison serait le bienvenu. Mais pour le reste, nous y avons passé 10 jours superbes. L’Escala est une belle destination de vacances

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer perfekten Lage. Die Einrichtung ist gut, alles was man benötigt. Der Pool ist der Hammer. Die Eigentümmer sind sehr nett und frendlich. Zun Strand sind es ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Strand ist wunderschön und nicht überfüllt. Eine Promenade mit Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften lädt abends ein um Verweilen. Das Gute ist, dass man fast alles fußläufig erreichen kann.

Huis en zwembad was perfekt voor ons en onze 2 border collies. De douche moet hersteld en de wc in de slaapkamer blijft lopen, de gehuurde lakens waren te klein voor het 2persoonsbed. Hadden gehuurd via bureau maar de echte eigenaar was een supermens die kwam aanbellen met een fles wijn, een warm spaans omelet en een hoop kaki fruit van zijn boom.

Die Bilder müssten mal etwas überarbeitet werden es fehlen einige TVs grundlegende Sachen wie kleine Schüsseln Eierkocher Wasserkocher haben gefehlt und konnte sich aber arrangieren. Kleinigkeiten wie Topfdeckel sind sinnvoll. Das war für Vorsaison aber akzeptabel preislich

Schöner Urlaub :-)

Wir hatten eine Schöne Zeit in dem haus und waren sehr zufrieden - das haus ist schön eingerichtet und hat einen klasse Pool :-) sehr freundliche Vermieterin die uns kurz nach den Ankunft kurz im empfang genommen hat ( spricht nur spanisch -> Übersetzung App hilft !) Klare Empfehlung !!! für den Preis Top !!!
