Outside this beautiful finca you will find a large terrace with garden and a swimming pool with dimensions of 8m x 5m and a depth range between 1m and 2m, which will be ideal for cooling off on hot summer days after sunbathing on the sun loungers available. You will be able to prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it all together in the porch of the house, which has a dining area, perfect to extend the evenings. The property is fenced and although there are neighbours nearby, privacy is total.

Inside this single-storey villa, you can relax in the fantastic living-dining room equipped with AC and a Smart TV. The independent kitchen features gas hobs and a dining table, as well as all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. When it’s time to rest, you’ll find two bedrooms with double beds. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation. If you wish, you can use the fans provided, as well as the washing machine, iron, and ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

Lloseta is a small village located in the central area of the island. It is surrounded by beautiful landscapes of mountains and valleys, so its surroundings are a paradise for hiking lovers as there are numerous routes that cross the mountains and valleys of the area, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Given its location, this wonderful village is very well communicated and you can quickly reach the island's many white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. For wine lovers, close to Lloseta there are numerous wine cellars with local wine tastings that we recommend you to visit.
