Hello, I am Katja. I was born and raised in Rovaniemi, went for studies in Helsinki and now living & working there in project management & service design. Occasionally remote working from Rovaniemi. I like to travel myself too!
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
This apartment was sold to me in 2013 by the association of Finnish war invalids. They were my tenants for several years after this, having their office in the apartment. In 2017 they started to drive their activity down and so I renovated the apartment for the first time, to be able to rent it for individual use. In 2022 I finished the second renovation round, modernizing the kitchen and the bathroom.

This apartment is situated very well. There is the only 24/7 grocery store in 300m distance and the bus lines are right in front of the door; to go to airport, Santa Claus Village, railway station or university. The apartment is spacious and kitchen has induction stove.
