The Space:
Welcome to our atmospheric Tiny House – a warm wooden cocoon where simplicity and comfort come together. Inside you will find a cozy sitting area with a wood stove, a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy double bed. Large windows bring the outdoors inside. Outside you can enjoy a private terrace with a view and a fire bowl. Everything invites you to slow down. No unnecessary luxury, but exactly what you need: warmth, silence and space for yourself or each other.

Our Tiny House combines charm, comfort and sustainability. These are some of the unique features:
- Sustainable & energy-efficient: The house is fully heated by electricity from 22 solar panels.
- Comfortable facilities: A kitchen with oven, microwave function and induction hob, a luxury rain shower and a pellet stove for romantic evenings.
- Delicious coffee & tea: Enjoy sustainable coffee from De Koffiejongen and relaxing tea from Pukka.
- Sleeping loft: A wonderful place to relax, equipped with a luxury Matt Sleep mattress topper and fine bed linen.

- Modern conveniences: Air conditioning, fast internet and a comfortable seating area to relax or work.
- Enjoy the outdoors: A cozy patio with a view over the Baarzandse Kreek and in 2024 a new, beautifully insulated facade with black wall cladding.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on the edge of a nature reserve, this place offers you direct access to hiking trails, birdsong and endless sky. Here you hear no traffic, only the rustling of the trees. Within a few minutes you are on the beach or in a picturesque village. Perfect for those who want to unwind, read under a tree or just do nothing. Leave your mobile phone behind and breathe in the rhythm of nature.

Getting Around:
Bus station is 200 meters walk away. With that, you can take the Westerschelde Ferry to Vlissingen or to Sluis and Bruges (BE).

Annual improvements for an optimal stay

We strive to make your stay even more enjoyable every year. Thanks to valuable feedback from our guests as well as the expertise of my father-in-law, who has worked as a carpenter all his life, we make improvements every March and November.

The latest improvements in November 2024:

- Sustainability and design: Extra insulation and new, stylish black wall coverings.
- Entertainment: A television with Dutch and German channels as well as Netflix.
- Kitchen pleasure: Extensive kitchen inventory to cook delicious meals on the induction hob or in the combi-oven.
- Comfort: New sofa, armchair, table, chairs and cozy accessories.
- Outdoor enjoyment: New patio furniture and atmospheric outdoor lights.
- Active enjoyment: Two free bikes (if available) for scenic tours of the area.
- General maintenance, painting, caulking and major cleaning.
