Residenza Frida is a splendid apartment located on the 2nd floor of a building (with lift) in Vittoria Apuana (an area of Forte dei Marmi), just 400 m from the sea. It can sleep up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

After a long corridor there is a bright open-space living area, furnished with sofa, armchairs, tv and dining table. The living room leads directly to the large terrace (130 m2), surrounded by plants and equipped with sun loungers, armchairs and a dining table.

Following is a lovely kitchen equipped with: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (one with shower and the other with bathtub/shower) and 1 twin bedroom with sofa. Lastly there is a bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms and the living room are provided with air conditioning. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed. A baby bed is available upon request. Moreover inside the shared courtyard, there is a covered parking for bicycles.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
