Pool Heating Policy:
-The one 15m2 pool can be heated March-June and September-November and on the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C
-The pool needs two days prior notice before arrival to reach 23 °C and the cost is 100 euros for each day of use. The pool should be heated for a minimum of 3 days use per time. Prior notice is required.
-Water temperature can reach up to 27 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature.
-In case of rain it won’t be possible to use the pool


External Living | 2 x Private Pools & Outdoor Kitchen with BBQ/Pizza Oven

This captivating home lays in 450m² outdoor area and is embellished with two private pools : a 15m² private pool that can be heated with an additional fee (1,40 meters deep) & a 25m² private pool (1,40 meters deep) overlooking the iconic BBQ settings. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ & Pizza Oven) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area.

A fully equipped outdoor kitchen wishes to keep you there for your entire holiday break, featuring a large fridge, oven, sink and a spacious dining spot you will cherish. There are two outdoor lounge areas to choose from if you wish some alone time. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

* The entire Villa features two separate homes, spread through two floors and there is also a drive-in underground parking area for private access. Additional parking space is available for free outside the villa.

Location Overview:
The Aqua Villa is located in the wonderful village of Analipsi, offering a great location, as you have the opportunity to visit all the sandy beaches and sightseeing spots of the area on foot, taking only 5 to 15 minutes maximum. Guests can find a beautiful sandy beach Analipsi, which is only 800 meters walking distance away. Also, in Analipsi there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities, all within easy reach.

Analipsi is also really close to Gouves & Chersonissos where you can explore various activities the area has to offer. For our younger guests the Aquarium & Dinosauria Park are just 10 min. Driving distance. For the fitness & wellness guests a variety of 5* luxury hotels are within walking distance offering tennis courts & wellness spas to rejuvenate.
Additionally, the Villa’s proximity to the highway, makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete and explore the amazing landscape, wonderful beaches and beautiful rustic villages.
