Villino Amos is a 6-bed vacation home for rent in Torre dell`Orso, marina di Melendugno. The house two entrance courtyards with veranda, parking space, outdoor shower and barbecue.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, mosquito nets in the sleeping area, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board. Pets allowed.

The
vacation home has two large outdoor spaces: the first is the front yard
where you can park your car, partly paved, and with a veranda shaded by
a wooden canopy. The second courtyard has a veranda with table and
chairs, outdoor shower, laundry room, and garden with brick barbecue.
The interior of Villino Amos is simple and cozy. The entrance is into a living room with dining room and single sofa bed. From here a hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 1 triple bedroom with double bed + single bed, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, and 1 full shower room.
From the living room there is also access to the kitchenette, from which there is an exit to the backyard.

Villino
Amos is located in Torre dell`Orso, famous marina of Melendugno, among
the most renowned seaside resorts of the Adriatic coast of Salento. In
summer all the main services are present. From the cottage the beach is
just a 1-km walk away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare )
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
