Tenuta Cavalieri - Quadrupla con soppalco

The Quadruple Room is a 4-bed solution in bed and breakfast with swimming pool in Leverano, a few kilometers from Porto Cesareo. The room for 4 people is equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The
room is simple and essential, with a wooden canopy and small but cozy
spaces. The entrance is in a double bedroom from which wooden stairs
lead to the mini loft, on which there is the second double bed.
Completing the room is the en suite shower room.
Breakfast is
included and is served every morning in the large vaulted room, which is
shared with other b&b guests. Next to the facility there is a large
pool area available to guests, with sunbeds and umbrellas.

The quadruple room with two double beds is part of the bed & breakfast with pool Tenuta Cavalieri, in the countryside of Leverano, less than 4 km from the town center, and less than 10 km from Porto Cesareo and its wonderful beaches.
Leverano
is a lively town of rural origins, renowned in particular for its
flowers, doc wine and extra virgin olive oil. In the center as well as
in the nearby farms there are many small restaurants where you can taste
the best of the culinary tradition of the area with products at km 0



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 1pm to 11pm) and check-out (from 5:00 am to 11am). 
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed linen, each 3 days
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bathroom linen, for day
- Breakfast included from 07:30 to 10:30.
- Shared Pool available from mid-May to mid-October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The swimming pool is available also for the people not staying in the estate.
