Welcome to Østerschjøn, which is our gem on Balka! - 238 sqm private holiday home, with only 400 meters to Denmark's most beautiful and child-friendly beach. In addition to a lovely living room and 35 sqm large garden room, the house also has 6 bedrooms and a sofabed for 2 persons, in the Livingroom upstairs. There is a kitchen and bathroom on both floors, so you can easily plan a holiday together two families, two generations or just friends who want to go on holiday together.



On the 1st floor there is also a Playstation and board games and for the youngest, a travelbed and high chair for the baby, and a Stokke kids chair as well.



The large garden invites to coziness and play, there are plenty of cozy nooks, with both a wooden terrace outside the garden room and a smaller covered terrace under the house balcony.



In addition to the beach, there is a forest with a bike path "in the backyard". There are 2.6 km to Nexø along the path and 2.7 km to cozy snogebæk. With only 7.1 km to Dueodde beach, based in Balka, you have the opportunity to visit some of the beaches that have been voted not only in DK but also voted as some of Europe's best and most beautiful beaches!



Did you know that Balka Beach has been voted Denmark's most child-friendly beach? - This is because the water is often calm, as the beach is sheltered from the westerly wind, and then there is also very shallow water. In addition, Balka, like Dueodde beach, has the finest powder sand… it is said that you can use it to put in hourglasses! Note: Not for commercial rental.

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Woche in dem super ausgestatteten Haus mit viel Platz und dem großen Garten. Toll ausgestattete Küche, ausreichend Platz für 12 Personen am großen Esstisch. Großer Pluspunkt für das Billardzimmer und die verschiedenen Sofabereiche mit insgesamt 3 Fernsehern über das Haus verteilt!2 kleine Kritikpunkte: das Bett im Familienzimmer ist etwas durchgelegen und der Grill war nicht wirklich sauber.Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus für eine größere Gruppe - wir waren mit zwei Familien und insgesamt 10 Personen dort. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist auf viele Personen ausgerichtet, die Küche sehr ordentlich ausgestattet. Zum wunderschönen Balka-Beach sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Kleines Manko ist, dass das Haus nah an der Straße liegt, die man auch hört. Zudem ließ sich die Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer nicht regulieren. Achtung: Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw müssen mitgebracht werden!
