Towards the rear of the ground floor is an open plan kitchen dining area boasting an 6 seater dining table and state of the art kitchen including tea, coffee, dishwasher, fridge, hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer & a microwave.

The back garden has a modern feel with a large 6 seater hot tub and decking area with seating for 6 people.

- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Hot tub use is from 7am until 10pm each day. Pets are permitted additional charge applies at the property, please make us aware ahead of your arrival if you plan on bringing your pet with you. There is an additional pet fee.
