At the edge of a plateau above the picturesque village of Spigno Monferrato lies our large, simple farmhouse with a pool. The property covers 7,000 m² and is surrounded by a high fence, making it ideal for children and dogs. The above-ground pool offers a refreshing way to cool off and have fun without the risk of children falling in unnoticed.
The large open barn provides shade and a delightful spot to enjoy a truly sumptuous Italian meal at a long table. The pizza oven is even right next to it! The house is simply furnished but fully equipped: a large, fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living room, a TV with Apple TV and Chromecast, three double bedrooms, and a renovated bathroom. But the location… it’s no wonder the previous owners named the house “Attimo di Pace”: a moment of peace. To the left, a view of Spigno Monferrato (which you can reach in 15 minutes via a forest path to pick up fresh bread); behind the house, the valley leading to the beautiful town of Acqui Terme with its hot springs; to the right, a view of a large reservoir; and in front of the house, a small vineyard.
