Super spacious and bright apartment super well located in the borough of Sant Martí. The apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living-dining room.

It is fully equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful stay, Internet, bedding, towels. It is located just 150 meters from Nova Icaria beach and the Barcelona casino. Close to a green area, nearby are the neighborhood of Poblenou and Ciutat Vella

Very good communication by metro, yellow line (l4), Vila Olimpica / Cuitadella or Bogatell metro stop. Close to supermarkets, gym and cinemas.

The apartment in Barcelona has 3 bedroom and capacity for 6 people.
Accommodation of 103 m². It has an elevator, iron, internet access (wifi), central heating, 1 TV.
The induction open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is no AC in the apartment.

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

- Baby crib:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2025 will apply. (€6.25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
