From the stores on Calle de Fuencarral to the gardens of Plaza de Olavide, live like a true Madrileño in Madrid's Trafalgar neighborhood. This unique property, with its remarkable bedroom and modern bathroom, is a mark above the rest. The bedroom is complete with a queen size bed, ample storage, and a dedicated workstation for all remote working needs. The beautifully tiled bathroom is sure to impress with all the modern amenities, and drawing on a spa-like ambiance, guests are encouraged to make use of Triana’s bathtub.

The living area is covered with unique and artful decorations that bring the space to life. Take a look at the views of Madrid from the comfort of the couch or from the cozy private balcony. The table top comfortably seats four and is perfect for hosting dinner parties. The fully furnished kitchen is sleek and stylish with modern finishings. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
