Next is a full bathroom with a spacious shower and glass enclosure, followed by a dining area with a beautiful open kitchen and a Dekton countertop, where you’ll also find a microwave oven, washing machine, range hood, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and sink with a pull-out faucet, as well as a living room furnished with a breakfast bar, dining table, and a comfortable armchair with two accent chairs on a rug.
