You stay with us in a fully equipped contemporary apartment hotel which was opened in August 2022.
All rooms are serviced weekly.

All individually air-conditioned apartments are fully equipped with an open kitchen, a comfortable dining table / desk. free WIFI and luxurious boxspring beds. A 43" smart TV and a BOSE sound box ensure good entertainment.

For a perfect start in the morning each apartment has a Nespresso machine and a water cooker, snacks and beverages as wells as washing machines /dryers are available in our lounge.

Modern fully furnished and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, water cooker.

Superior single Apartment partially with balcony and outdoor furniture.

Bathroom with shower, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer equipped with Bogner soap products.

Oversized boxspring bed (120x210 cm / e.g. 47x83 inch) with a height of 68 cm (e.g. 27 inch) with pocket spring mattress and topper as well as down blanket / pillow from the famous German Mühldorfer bedding manufacture.

Walk in wardrobe with safe box (with light & electric socket) and iron / ironing board.

Free WIFI, weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels.
Washing machine, dryer, vending machines for drinks and snacks, ice machine are available at our lounge.

A residential entitlement certificate can be issued for stays of 90 days or more.

To give you the best start to your day in the morning, each flat has a Nespresso machine as well as a kettle, snacks & drinks and complimentary washers / dryers are available in our lounge.
