Now open for December stays – ideal for family visits, group trips or festive gatherings in London. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A roomy 4 bedroom terraced house on a lovely residential street.
Located in zone 3 and less than 20 minutes to London Bridge . Sydenham high street is a mere 7 minute walk away lined with pubs, gyms, bars, restaurants as well as an arts centre.

Currently the entire place can only be booked, not individual rooms.

The property has an open plan kitchen and dining room on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with washer and dryer. The first floor has a living room with balcony overlooking the gorgeous garden, and an en-suite bedroom. Floor two has 3 other bedrooms and another bathroom.

Christmas time

Overall a very pleasant stay The host was kind enough to put a Christmas tree up and some decorations. Was never able to connect to Netflix.A minor irritation. Would stay again without hesitation.

Just ok

Being generous here. We had eight people staying. Rooms were ok. Dryer didn’t work and a drying rack for 8 was impossible. Had to send laundry out for cleaning. The unit backs up to a busy street and the noise is all night long. Have to open windows or it gets rather warm at night. The place is old and tired. Needs some tlc and attention.

Hi Tim, We’re really sorry to learn your experience at our property was not entirely to your satisfaction. Although a minor issue, the dryer had required a couple of engineers' visit and was in the process of being repaired, therefore was shown as unavailable on the platform listing. Regarding the street, this is the first time noise has been flagged as an issue. There have been road works for the past few weeks but if you'd mentioned at the time, some additional electric fans would have been provided for the summer heat. We still take your points on board and will make any reasonable adjustments where necessary.
