Villa Iris Prima is a charming 2 bedroom villa set in the beautiful resort of Punta Prima. The location is superb, with a great choice of restaurants and shops plus the wonderful sandy beach just 5 minutes’ walk away. A short 10 minute drive will take you to the resort of Binibeca, a picturesque location with lots to see and do. Split your days between relaxing at the beach or by your own private pool. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

If you’re looking to leave the car at home, Villa Iris Prima has a superb location in the popular resort of Punta Prima. The promenade, with a great choice of restaurants, bars and mini markets, is less than a 5 minute walk away. The beautiful sandy beach is also within easy walking distance, with activities such as paddleboarding and canoeing available in the high season. The capital Mahon is a 20 minute bus journey away, where you can explore the second largest harbour in the world and the varied shopping opportunities in the centre. The lovely resort of Binibeca is just a 10 minute drive away, here you can venture through the maze of cobbled streets which will bring you to the village’s pretty little harbour.
