in 2024 Villa Emma has been renovated and upgraded of: completely new indoor kitchen and dining area, extended living room of extra 60 sqm with lounge sofas overlooking the garden, big outdoor veranda with outdoor kitchen & dining area, pizza oven, bbq and beautiful fireplace.

The property is situated on 13.000 sqm fully fenced land with garden, olive trees and fruit trees and composed of 200 sqm of interiors, divided in 5 spacious bedrooms, each with bathroom.

After arriving to the property, you will enter through an automatic gate and drive to the parking area, located just next to the entrance.

Front part of the villa is composed of external veranda (now extended of extra 100 sqm) with dining table and sitting arrangements and direct kitchen entrance. The living area can be accessed through several doors that provide the right amount of daylight and ensure good ventilation of the interior.

Kitchen is bright and open, with many kitchen amenities like: 3 coffee machines, toaster, wine fridge, freezer, oven & dishwasher. Additionally there is a beautiful collection of ceramics available for guest's use.

Brand new living area with comfortable sofas overlooking the garden and veranda, separates the kitchen from 3 bedrooms, located at the end of the building.

There are 2 master bedrooms with king size beds (each with ensuite bathroom with shower), and kids room (although can be used by adults too) with 2 full size bunk beds (90x 190). There is a kids bathroom composed of washbasin, WC, bidet and bath.

From the outside you can enter 2 additional bedrooms (with queen size beds), each with bathroom (with shower, wc, bidet and washbasin). Moreover, one of the bedrooms has a kitchenette equipped with little fridge and electric hobs.

Perfect solution for 2 families who want to divid the villa and have a bit of a privacy.

Around the villa there is a beautiful garden with many mediterranean plants and a swimming pool (15 x 6m) with sun beds and loungers, sun umbrellas, little relax corner with shadowed.

Additionally there is a wood sauna available for guests on request.



Guest Access:

Whole property is private and guests are allowed to use entire space in & out (except two outdoor deposits).

Late check-in (after 22:00) incurs an additional fee of €50.
