Cozy studio between Paddington and Bayswater station. The Studio Benefits from a private small compacted Bathroom, Kitchenette, LCD T.V., Free Wi-Fi, iron, Hairdryer, Fresh Linen and toiletries.
Queensway is just 4 minute's walk away with loads of restaurants, Coffee shops and supermarkets.
Very Good transportation link.
The famous Hyde park is just 3 minutes down the road and from there you can get the bus to Oxford street which is 7 minutes bus journey.
Please Note the flat is split over 2 levels so the bed is on its own and you need to climb the stairs for the kitchen and bathroom.

Don't. Stay. Here. Yes, it's a lovely location. But things turn bleak once you step inside. Filthy from the get go. It was a lovely July night outside but sweltering inside. The walls were painted black but couldn't hide the damage. Part of the ceiling fell onto to me in the night. I was confronted by a threatening man in the morning (inside the building). I had two more nights booked but decided to leave. I immediately called them and they agreed a refund was in order. They then ghosted me. I followed up and they have been totally non-responsive. London is hellishly expensive, but dealing with this place and these people is not worth the savings.

Not the best

The only positive thing to say was good location and good prices for this part of London. If you require payment before arrive you should make it clear on booking and not demand payment on the doorstep on arrive and expecting me to pay by cash was unacceptable . We arrived a hour late than expected arrive time ( l ring and left a message explaining this) the flat was still being cleared a hour later this would of been 5.30, when we had to drop off are backs and leave due to having thearte ticket. Frist night waken at 2.30 by to women arguing, l know you are not responsible for other guest behaviour. Then fire alarm wake me up at 5.30 and was still going of at 9.00 when we left to go get breakfast,this was all so repeated on night 2. The shower was broken and flooded the bathroom, the sink tape in kitchen also broken, TV did work but personally wasn't bothered about that and no tea towel to dry up. Honestly l have stayed in better youth hostels
