Fantastic apartment in villa with large garden in a quiet zone very close to the beach (250 meters far from the beach).
Perfect for families and couples.
The apartment is very nice and spacious and it has the following features: a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with sofa-bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with the shower and a private outside eating area at the garden level with table, chairs, sun umbrella and sun loungers. The apartment has also air conditioning and Wi-fi 100 Mbit/s.
The price includes an umbrella and 2 sun loungers in a private beach located just 250 meters from the apartment.
Ideal location also for visiting the historic Tuscan cities, like Pisa, Florence, Volterra (15' from Pisa G. Galilei airport).

Good house inside but garden let it down.

House was lovely inside. Only 2 things missing an iron and when we informed them an iron appeared next day. Next thing missing a full length mirror to check your outfit. But felt this was too big a request to ask for. But they can get one for future rentals. Garden was a disappointment really needs doing up. We never sat in the back as it was uneven and sat at front but that was also uneven. I know place was getting done up but garden let it down. I normally don’t sit in house on holiday but this year I sat more inside than out. There’s a burn ( waterway) at bottom of street and at night it the smell from it was really bad. Council need to put a cover over it. I think the garden will make a big difference once it’s done up. We also hired a car and so happy we did. Very spread out restaurants and shops. We still had a good stay house 5 stars garden1 star
