Short 4 km from Floridia and less than 1,5 km from an exclusive golf resort, nestled on an estate with an extension of over 12 acres there is this villa with stunning pool. As soon as you cross the entrance gate you are within a typical Sicilian landscape which unfolds for the most part in the form of an almost infinite orange garden before your eyes. From the total 290 square meters of living space of the house are available 220 sqm for guests use.The villa has been completely renovated in 2017 in order to provide its guests two separate and fully furnished apartments with a total living area of ​​220 sqm. Five bedrooms with five bathrooms on two floors offer sleeping facilities for up to 10 people.

External accommodation: The main actor in this Sicilian landscape is undoubtedly nature. Not only the house overlooks the citrus garden and the landscape, but also the private infinity pool (10,75x4,85mt from 13.06.-03.10 opened). This was built on the elevated terrace overlooking the whole property, so when you are in the pool, you seem to swim in the middle of a citrus garden... an almost unique privilege! After swimming you can then relax on the sun beds, read on the outdoor sofa or enjoy the view while others at the BBQ are preparing dishes.

Parking possibility inside the property. A rental car is necessary for the duration of the stay.

- The owner has independent access to the remaining 70 sqm of the house at ground level which is used daily only to feed the (very shy) cats on site. In no way does this diminish the privacy of the guests, as this part used by the owner is separate from the rest of the guests' use.

- The 120 hectare plot is cultivated almost daily by 2 to 3 people in order to be able to guarantee the harvest at maturity. But it goes without saying that on such a large estate this will not have any particular impact on the guests.

Accommodation APT. 1st Floor: From the terrace, where the pool is located, you reach the entrance which leads up a beautiful staircase to the elegant flat on the first floor. Through the front door you enter the bright and spacious living room where the open fireplace is the centre of the room. While one part of the family sits comfortably by the fire in cooler seasons, the other part prepares meals for the whole family in the well-equipped kitchen. Here you will find, among other things, four gas rings, an electric oven and a dishwasher. The living room windows not only flood the room with Mediterranean light but also offer a view of the surrounding countryside, giving it a special charm. The living room is air-conditioned and has an LCD with satellite TV. Sleeping accommodation for up to seven people on this floor is provided by three bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds, air conditioning and en suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet. One bedroom with double bed, single bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. It is worth mentioning that all rooms overlook the Mediterranean colour scheme that surrounds this house. A separate toilet with WC is accessible via the hallway. A laundry room with washing machine and adjoining covered balcony also makes the usual household chores pleasant. But what completes this first-floor flat are the two outdoor lounges offered at either end of the premises, in no way inferior to the outdoor comfort of the ground-floor flat. An idyllic veranda is simply perfect for having breakfast in the open air, protected from the sun and wind, but still almost like a romance. A Mediterranean palm and plant world opens up, together with the citrus garden in front of your eyes whose greenery lights up under the Sicilian sun.On the other side of the flat is a small open terrace with a view, almost like a tower, over the aforementioned citrus garden, pool and landscape. Here you will find a dining table and an outdoor grill for those who want to barbecue with a view. Wi-Fi, baby cot and high chair are available and included in the price. Please request the baby cot and high chair at the moment of reservation.

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.
