Place was lovely. Pictures are pretty accurate. If I’m being picky the buildings a little noisy and the automated locking systems a bit weird. Easy to get in though so that’s a bonus

From arrival to departure, our host was outstanding and made our trip to Rome amazing. The apartment was exactly what we needed and met all our needs. The location could not have been better, and thanks to our host's recommendation, we found a nice restaurant close by that served some of our best dinners in Rome. We will be back.

The in house washer and dryer looked very new and worked very well. This amazing property has auto blind that still let in fresh air.

The apartment was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Max was a great host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The bed was comfortable and the location was very close to the port. We would stay here again.

Perfect for an overnight stay before leaving on a cruise! Very clean and nicely decorated! Felt safe to walk in the neighborhood for dinner. Lots of acquaint cafes and restaurants close by.

We stayed here the night before we left on a cruise. Location was in walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and communication with host was excellence. Private washer and dryer were a very nice added bonus. I would absolutely stay here again!

The cutest little place with several big inconveniences. Positive: the location is wonderful, place is super clean, and host is friendly and tries to quickly resolve issues. Cons: 1) both bedrooms are up a small spiral staircase, which was not clearly indicated on post at the time we booked. Our athletic friend who is very fit could not get her carryon suitcase up the stairs due to narrow spiral, so all bags stayed in living room and have to carry what you need up and down stairs. 2) the air conditioner downstairs barely works and very temperamental, even when the neighbor offered to help us, she struggled to get it to stay working. The upstairs AC units work great. 3) The washing machine is the smallest one ever invented (dryer is normal apartment size) but the washer is old with a tiny internal area that only runs with 3 to 4 pieces of clothing at a time. Cute place, great location, nice host but definitely the most inconvenient place I’ve stayed in awhile.

The apartment is very nice. It is near a very nice area with shops and restaurants and a short walk to the train station. Max was very accommodating helping us with a private driver and taxi. I would definitely recommend it!

The apt is adorable. I could live there. Decorated beautifully. Has everything you need. Perfect location to the beach, Restaurants and shopping. Only 5 mins from the port. Max and Aurora were so accommodating.

Two Nights Stay Between Cruises

We used this booking for a two day layover between cruises. It is a 20 minute walk from the cruise ship shuttle drop off/pickup location. Nice variety of food options in the area. Highly recommend Cosamimangiooggi - delicious!Apartment is clean, modern and very comfortable. Great stay!

Outstanding! Nice modern apartment. Great A/C for the heat and humidity. Close to city amenities. Great stop for night vefore cruise, weekend, base for local travel. Max is a great host.

Fantastic!

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 4 days and it exceeded all expectations. The washing machine was an extra bonus and the location was perfect. Our host, Max was very attentive, friendly and helpful.

3 of us spent a night here in June 2025 and all went very well. Good communication with the owner no matter what time of day. Recommended.
