Elegant newly renovated apartment, located on the fourth floor with lift of an elegant building in via Piedigrotta.
The house consists of an entrance hall, kitchen with sofa bed, which leads to a pleasant equipped terrace with a very peaceful exposure. The double bedroom and full bathroom complete the house.
Equipped with all comforts, such as air conditioning, wi-fi and equipped kitchen
Adjacent to the Mergellina railway and underground station. The Riviera di Chiaia and the seafront are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.
The historic center is connected in 10 minutes by metro.
December 24 and 31: check-ins will be available until 6 p.m. . City Tax: € 5,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 14 nights
