Ground Floor 3 Bedrooms in Villa, Garden and Pool!

Welcome to our your next vacation home! This lovely and very charming private villa is set in the very popular secured and gated urbanisation Parque Botanico. The urbanisation is located in the tropical jungles (selwo) and if you love to be in close touch with nature, this place is for you. The complex consists of private 3 and 4 bedrooms villas with own garden and with private swimming pools and a block of flats, all set on a large plot with 24/7 security at the gate and cameras. Safety is great here.

-The space-

You will have 3 bedrooms on the ground level of the villa. Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with double beds and one bedroom is equipped with sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, one is en-suite and one is shared with two bedrooms. AC is set in one of the bedrooms, but it cools the whole area inside. Two bedrooms never get hot. WIFI. There is a door which divides the upper and lower levels of the villa giving the host and the guests required privacy. The upper level is occupied by a lovely owner of the house, your host. The lady is the ex-owner of the restaurant in Paris, she will cook you breakfast while you enjoy the sun around the pool. There is a direct exit to the immaculately manicured private garden with private swimming pool and with garden furniture to enjoy BBQ in the open air. You will be able to cook in the open kitchen with a built in dishwasher and washing machine.

You will also have unlimited access to the four communal open swimming pools and jacuzzi as well as to the spa area with indoor pool, gym, etc.

-The Area-

This is a very special urbanisation thanks to its unique location in the tropical jungles, among beautiful mountains. Yet, there is summer restaurant near the pool. A few more restaurants, some are quite famous can be found closer to the exit to A7 as well as in beautiful beach. There are only 15 minutes drive to Puerto Banus, Marbella and more or less same time to the popular town of Estepona . You will stay close to the famous wildlife zoo called "Selwo," just next exit from A7.

-Nice to know-

Please, respect the privacy of the host. We expect that you will not use private swimming pool of the villa after 7 pm, however communal pools are available for you until 21:30.

Extra cleaning (daily or upon request ) is available at extra charge.

You will be asked to pay a refundable security deposit of 500€ prior or upon arrival.

You will be given the card to access Indoor pool and facilities. Please, don't forget to return the cards upon check out.

You are welcome to check in at anytime, but night check ins after 10 pm will be subject to extra fee of 50€

Note: private pool use hours has to be agreed with owner who lives in the villa permanently.
