Located on the ground floor of a city building, this 85 sqm apartment offers large and well-organized spaces, ideal for accommodating up to five people in total comfort. The direct access from street level and the generous square footage guarantee convenience and bright and functional environments.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one double and one single, designed to adapt to different living needs. The living area represents the heart of the house and consists of a large living room with smart TV and double sofa bed, which expands the accommodation capacity. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, allowing you to prepare meals independently. The bathroom, functional and well organized, is equipped with a hydromassage shower. The balcony adds an ideal outdoor space for relaxing moments with a view of the city.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort in every season. The Wi-Fi connection allows you to always stay connected, while the washing machine makes the stay practical even for longer periods. The TV in the common area offers entertainment after days spent in the city. Self-check-in ensures independent and secure access.

Explications d’arrivée pas facile à comprendre.Lorsqu'on est entré dans l’appartement, les volets côté rue ne fonctionnaient pas, douche bouchée, aucune pression pour la chasse d’eau. Il y a une gazinière mais il n’y avait rien pour l’allumer. Les réparations ont été faites les 2 jours suivants mais cela à gacher le séjour.

L’appartement est bien situé, pratique pour se déplacer dans Milan. Le logement est propre. L’arrivée est autonome mais les instructions d’arrivée ne sont pas très claires. Le lit de la chambre principale est confortable mais le canapé-lit ne l’est pas du tout. L’eau de la douche s’écoulait mal et il n’y avait pas de savon dans l’appartement. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas entièrement.
