Absolutely perfect

3 weeks of bliss. The property was really well located, close enough to Moraira for beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The property itself is perfect. 3 good sized rooms, lovely lounge and dining space, with a relaxing terrace and garden space. Close to pool for the kids - which even in summer wasn’t too busy.

Moraira Summer Break

Villa was great, had a gas barbi so excellent for cooking. Pool was only 1 min away. Plenty of basics at the villa. It's about a 30 min walk into the Town Centre so you would need a car especially if you have a young family.

The listing says it all... 'amazing view'. But there is so much more than that. The villa is a great space, loads of room, loads of valuable local info, great spaces between the garden, the front patio, the roof terrace and the fantastic naya - lots of options for relaxing, eating, sunbathing. The provisioning ( towels, kitchenware, beach toys etc) is first class, everything provided even a pair of binoculars to really see the view. Aldi is an easy walk, many others are a few minutes drive. Just a few minutes drive to the fantastic beaches. A 2 minute walk to the lovely pool, very quiet. Great communication and support from the owner. This villa has a great location, reasonable price and is a great offering.Then there is that view, easy to while away the hours watching the sunset with a cool drink. Definitely somewhere we would return to without hesitation.

Villa in need of tlc

The location of property is inaccurate so we were further out of main town than intended. Property was cluttered and not very clean Cameras in lounge were a bit disconcerting. Views were lovely and area peaceful. Outside area spacious but again in need of tlc. Hilly walk unless you walk on main road and not all paved.
