The Corfu Apartment is a modern and welcoming retreat, perfect for a relaxing holiday at the stunning Praia do Vau.



The living room, integrated into an open-plan dining area, offers a bright and comfortable space, ideal for socializing or unwinding. The adjacent balcony is perfect for outdoor dining, enjoying a drink at sunset, or starting the day with breakfast while taking in the view.



On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both with double beds, one of which has a private balcony. These rooms provide comfort and privacy, accommodating up to four adults and two children.



The kitchen, fully equipped and integrated into the social area, offers a functional and pleasant space to prepare meals and share special moments with family or friends.



The apartment is part of a gated complex featuring a large shared pool, sun loungers, and well-maintained gardens, creating a relaxing and safe environment for all guests.



Located next to Praia do Vau and close to restaurants, bars, and all essential amenities, the Corfu Apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort, leisure, and beach proximity for an unforgettable Algarve holiday.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.





Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests

From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

使用済みのベッドリネンをすべて剥がす、使用済みのタオルをまとめておく

消灯する、ドアの鍵をかける、鍵を返却する

Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €400 / Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).
The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Stylish and comfortable holiday base

Corfu Apartment exceeded our expectations. The modern open-plan layout is perfect for socializing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. We especially enjoyed evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine after a day at the beach. The whole complex is quiet and well cared for, and the location makes it easy to explore the area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment close to the beach

We had a fantastic time staying at the Corfu Apartment. It’s beautifully renovated and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. The pool and gardens are lovely and well maintained, and the location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to Praia do Vau. The balcony was our favorite spot to enjoy breakfast every morning. Highly recommend it!

Perfect family getaway in Praia do Vau

The apartment was ideal for our family of four. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a great kitchen to a relaxing lounge area. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, and we appreciated the small balcony off one of them. The kids loved the shared pool, and we loved being able to walk to restaurants and the beach. A great find in a peaceful area!

My recent holiday in Portimão was nothing short of delightful. The apartment's prime location within walking distance to the beach made it incredibly. The apartment is comfortable, and the proximity to local amenities and dining options added to the overall convenience of the stay. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect retreat by the sea. I liked the site of the apartment, close to the beach. I liked the nice, clean,wellequiped apartment. The lovely swimmingpool and the calmness in the suroundings. I think you should provide the guests with more than just one card to the gates. Makes things easyier when you are more then one person. Also a map of the town snd a description where the closest shop for food is.

It was ok, a little disappointing. Location was great tho

Not as we expected. This is NOT a sea facing room. Apartment faces the parking lot. All renovations are from a manufactured wood company and are starting to wear. No clothes closet or any hooks to hang clothes in one of the bedrooms. There are no hooks or clothes rod in the main closet, nor hooks in the bathroom. The kitchen accessories need to be re-stocked ie oven mitts, sink plug, serving spoons. No kitchen/dining table so for 4 people it's not convenient for eating /playing cards etc. The island stools are not very sturdy. Instructions for all of the appliances would have been appreciated and in English. Make sure you insist on a second set of keys if more than 2 people occupying unit. On the positive side the location of the facility is fantastic. City bus stop right outside the facility. Restaurants/cafes/bars right outside the facility. Easy walking distance to Portimao and Alvor. The property management people were accessible via WhatsApp. Housekeeping staff were amazing and very friendly. Shower was also amazing!
